Bonded Aminos LLC sells products intended strictly for laboratory research use only. Due to the nature of these products, all sales are subject to the policy outlined below.

All Sales Final

All purchases are final once an order has been processed and shipped.

We do not accept returns or exchanges for opened, used, or improperly handled products.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery at admin@bonded.com.

To be eligible for review, you must provide:

• Order number
• Description of the issue
• Clear photos of the package and contents

Approved claims may result in a replacement or store credit, at our discretion.

Non-Refundable Circumstances

Refunds or replacements will not be issued for:

• Improper storage or handling after delivery
• Misuse of products
• Buyer error when ordering
• Products seized or delayed due to customs or regulatory actions

Order Cancellations

Orders cannot be canceled once they have shipped.

Chargebacks

Unauthorized chargebacks or payment disputes may result in account suspension and refusal of future orders.
