Shipping Policy

Order Processing & Cut-Off Times
Most orders placed before 1:00 PM CST are shipped the same day. Orders placed after 1:00 PM CST, or on weekends/holidays, are typically shipped the next business day. We process orders Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

Shipping Methods & Timelines
We offer multiple shipping options to fit your needs:

  • Standard Shipping: 3–5 business days (included with most orders).
  • Expedited Shipping: 1–2 business days (additional fee applies).

Shipping timelines are estimates and may vary based on carrier performance, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Lost or Stolen Packages
Bonded Aminos LLC is not responsible for packages lost, stolen, or delayed once handed over to the carrier. To reduce the risk, customers are encouraged to:

  • Provide a complete and accurate shipping address.
  • Consider using a secure shipping location or requiring a signature upon delivery.

Optional Shipping Insurance
For added peace of mind, customers may choose optional shipping insurance at $1 per $100 of order value. Insurance protects against loss or damage during transit and must be selected at checkout.

Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for ensuring the shipping information is correct. Orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses may result in misdelivery or delays. Bonded Aminos LLC cannot be held liable for issues caused by incorrect addresses.

Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, a tracking number will be emailed to you. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear on the carrier’s website.

Shipping Restrictions
Certain products may have shipping restrictions depending on local regulations. Some carriers may not deliver to P.O. Boxes or remote locations. In such cases, alternative shipping arrangements may be required.

If you have any questions regarding your shipment or need assistance, please contact us at admin@bondedd.com. We will work with carriers to investigate issues, but ultimate responsibility for delivery lies with the carrier once the package has been shipped.
