  • Third-party Certificates of Analysis (COAs) reflect testing conditions at the time of analysis; they do not constitute a warranty of ongoing product performance.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Bonded Aminos LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of or inability to use our products or Site.

Our total liability, if any, shall not exceed the amount paid for the product giving rise to the claim.

Dispute Resolution & Arbitration

  • Any dispute arising from these Terms, the Site, or products shall first be attempted to be resolved informally by contacting admin@bondedd.com.
  • If unresolved within 30 days, disputes will be settled via binding arbitration under AAA rules in Whitney, Texas.
  • Each party bears its own costs.
  • Nothing prevents seeking injunctive relief in court to prevent irreparable harm.
  • By agreeing, you waive the right to a jury trial or class-action lawsuit.
